Take a wider than normal stance to lower your centre of gravity and increase your stability. By reducing any lower body swaying, you’re much less likely to thin the ball into the face of the bunker.
Swing fast and commit
When you swing, keep your lower body quiet and look to keep accelerating with fast hand and arm speed, hitting the sand a few inches behind your ball with the sole of the club. The faster your club moves through the sand, the quicker your ball will get up into the air and out of the bunker.
