Hello Golfers,

It’s a different tone of newsletter this week unfortunately as everybody is adjusting to the implications of the Coronavirus outbreak. As a golf centre, we are remaining open and following the latest government advice as it is announced. We would like to let you know what we are doing to keep and customers and staff safe and allow golf to continue:

- We are increasing our cleaning and sanitising procedures across all contact points.
- On the course keep the pin in – no need to touch the flagstick
- Bunker rakes removed – no need to touch rake, use your club to rake sand
- Apply social distancing – keep 2 metres apart from other golfers
- Ball washers now out of play
- Contactless payment if possible, please
- All food and drink served in takeaway containers

It goes without saying that there is lots of uncertainty at the moment, but there have been some pretty clear guidance from Sir Patrick Vallance the UK’s Chief Scientific Adviser that exercise is key and a walk in the outdoors is fine if we are sensible about keeping our distance from playing partners.
