Hello golfers,
Unfortunately our shoe trade in offer has now finished, and it proved even more popular than ever with lots of you able to get something back for those old shoes.
As soon as one offer finishes though there's another great offer hot on its tails. This month the Complete Equipment Solution is back!
We will give you a FREE fitting and a FREE after sales lesson when you purchase £299 worth of equipment from either Callaway, Srixon, Wilson, TaylorMade, PING, Yonex and Titleist. This will hopefully allow us to show you the benefits of buying clubs after a fitting rather than just purchasing off the shelf.
All of our fittings utlitise the Flightscope ball launch monitor to ensure you get the perfect shaft, flex, loft and lie combination to suit you.
The FREE lesson after your fitting will allow us to help bed you in with your new clubs, and set you on your way with some new swing tips to help you hit the ground running.

As many of you will know, our PGA Professional Keely Chiericato keeps herself extremely busy - whether it's coaching, playing tournaments across Europe or assisting in the shop - recently she took time out of her busy schedule to take part in the Battle Back Golf Day at Worlplesdon Golf Club, here's Keelys report of how she got on…..
"Golf can be a challenging sport as it is, let alone if you have a "disability". I use this term loosely since attending a recent charity golf day and workshop and understanding more about how people cope with their different abilities.
Everyone has the ability to play golf, which is why this is such a fantastic sport. I'll briefly tell you about the charity golf day I attended, through battle back, a charity organised to rehabilitate ex-service men and women into golf.
During this day I met severely injured ex-servicemen, from double amputees, to people with brain injuries affecting daily function and memory loss. It was truly an honour to be invited to the event and meet everybody.
This day allowed me to get involved with some fantastic people and widen my knowledge of dealing with differently abled people. (The photo is of a gentleman called Finn who suffers from short term memory loss since his brain injury during serving in Iraq).
After attending this charity day, I booked onto an inclusive workshop which further allowed me to extend my existing knowledge of dealing with differently abled individuals. The term disability, often comes with a stigma attached, however it should never make us look any differently towards the individual we are dealing with, they'll just have a different way of learning to play this fantastic game.
During the course I was able to learn more about dealing with blind golfers, widen my knowledge of stroke victims and amputees, as well as dealing with autism, ADHD, dyspraxia and many other forms of "disability". I currently work with a small amount of deaf, blind, autistic people and many more, and nothing has stopped any of these golfers achieving their goals, we've just approached their coaching from a different angle.
The key thing I took from this experience was being put in the situation of the differently abled golfer, so during the course we blindfolded one another and had to deliver a golfer lesson, as well as role-playing as though we were an amputee golfer, and I think I will never truly understand what it is like, but for a brief moment it was clear to see the extra challenge they may face during the learning stages of this sport.
I am now looking to work with some more different abled golfers to help me as a coach develop my coaching skills and hopefully help someone who may have thought previously that their disability would prevent them playing this sport.
If this is something that would interest you, please email me directly on keely@manstongolf.co.uk, or call me on 07906581374 for more information. This is a limited FREE of charge offer, so contact me quickly to avoid disappointment. |
